Advuna is a SaaS platform that helps users create advertising creatives for Reddit Ads. Our service allows you to generate AI-powered ad copy and visuals from your website URL, and launch campaigns directly to Reddit.

2. Account Registration

To use Advuna, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Advuna only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service to:

Create advertisements that violate Reddit's advertising policies
Promote illegal products or services
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Create misleading or deceptive advertisements
Attempt to circumvent any security measures of our platform

4. Payment Terms

Payments for Advuna subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Advuna. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services. The Advuna platform, including its design, features, and code, remains the property of Advuna.

6. Limitation of Liability

Advuna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Advuna after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
